SOS is an effort by Slapstik Skateboard Art to reduce waste and increase accessibility in skateboarding. Waste reduction occurs through the use and distribution of high quality factory imperfections in production that would normally be thrown out or given away to factory workers. With new art, Slapstik distributes these decks to shops at significantly lower prices to increase the accessibility to skateboarders on hard times and in the underserved populations. It's a small way of saving the planet while saving skateboarding for the future.
